Experience – Sally has worked at the firm since September 2014, starting as a member of the Client Service Team and becoming head of the department in January 2016.
The Client Service Team is one of the most important departments in our firm as it is the first point of contact for all new and existing clients. Sally is responsible for overseeing this department and ensuring all new instructions are dealt with efficiently by her team. Sally ensures all administrative aspects of the business are taken care of on a daily basis.
Sally is also responsible for training our intake of University and LPC graduates with regards to our case management system and general office procedures.
Interests – In her spare time, Sally enjoys keeping fit by attending the gym, spending time with her partner, friends and family and is also a qualified personal trainer.
